At Gyan Ghar, we take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about how the app works. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

We use Google Firebase — a platform by Google — to help run parts of the app. Specifically, Firebase helps us detect crashes and understand how the app is being used (in anonymised form). Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Other than Google Firebase, your personal data is not shared with any third party.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days.

How to delete your account

Email support@gyanghar.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Children

Gyan Ghar is designed for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe your child has registered, please contact us and we will remove their account immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and may notify you within the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated policy.
